These peanut butter balls are a delicious and healthy snack that are perfect for on-the-go. They're packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep you energized while ensuring your sugar levels stay at a healthy level throughout the day. Make sure to double the batch, since they’re sure to go quickly! If you’re super short on time, you can make these into granola bars by pressing the mixture down into a pan and cutting after slightly frozen. 1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 scoop of Inositol Plus
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, chocolate chips, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Use a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon to form the mixture into small balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the energy balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
