These roasted chickpeas are a perfect PCOS-friendly snack idea. Chickpeas are a great source of protein and fiber, which can help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce inflammation associated with PCOS. The smoked paprika and garlic powder add a delicious flavor to the chickpeas, making them a tasty and satisfying snack option.   • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Rinse and drain the chickpeas and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the chickpeas out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
