- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon honey or a natural sweetener (optional)
- In a glass or jar, start by adding a layer of Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative at the bottom.
- Top the yogurt with a layer of chopped walnuts or almonds.
- Add a layer of fresh blueberries, followed by a layer of fresh raspberries.
- Add another layer of yogurt on top of the berries.
- Sprinkle with sliced strawberries, shredded coconut, and ground flaxseed.
- Repeat the layers until you've used up all the ingredients, ending with a final layer of yogurt on top.
- Drizzle with a teaspoon of honey or a natural sweetener if desired.
