Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 scoop of inositol powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Toppings of your choice (e.g., chopped nuts, shredded coconut, dark chocolate chips)
Instructions:
- Place the sliced bananas and frozen berries in a freezer-safe container or ziplock bag. Freeze them for at least 2-3 hours or until completely frozen.
